Portable Hydrocarbon Analysers for testing Grab Samples:

TD-500D Portable Grab Sample Analyser Oil in Water Analyser
The TD-500D is an accurate, value for money and easy to use instrument for the detection of oil in water or oil in soil. The TD-500D is designed to test periodic grab samples. The unit is a dual channel device and includes a channel "A" for light oils, a new channel "B" for heavier oils such as crude oil. This leads to an increased range of measurement without sample dilution. POGC hold the TD-500D hydrocarbon analysers and spare parts in stock in their Australian factory for quick delivery.

TD-3100 Laboratory Fluorometer
The TD-3100 is a laboratory based oil in water analyser for the detection of a range of hydrocarbons. The TD-3100 has a powerful lamp and optical configuration and has changeable optics. This makes the TD-3100 a powerful and flexible tool for laboratory oil in water detection. The TD-3100 is an excellent choice for the detection of lighter oils such as lubricating oils, turbine oils and light gas condensates. The TD-3100 is also useful where the unit would be used for multiple applications.

NEW – The TD-3100 can now be used as a finger printing tool. This allows water or soil samples to be tested with multiple TD-3100 optical configurations and can identify the leak source to a known reference oil. This can greatly speed up the leak detection process.

Online Analyser:

TD-1000-C Continuous Oil in Water Monitor for Clean Water Applications
The TD-1000-C is our entry level on line oil in water analyser. The unit comes ready to run with its own 316SS mounting plate and isolation valves. The side stream sample of 0.1-2L/min remains pressurized without exposure to air for delivery back to the process or to the drain. The instrument is easy to use and simple to set up and calibrate.

TD-4100 Oil in Water Monitor
The TD-4100 is the “big brother” to the TD-1000-C and accurately detects a range of hydrocarbons and oil in water including diesel, jet fuel, petrol, BTEX. With the TD-4100 free falling, non-contact flowcell the unit is a non-fouling on-line monitor. The TD-4100 is able to continuously detect hydrocarbon content in water.
It can be applied to analysing industrial wastewater streams ranging from industrial wastewater, process water, portable water intakes (RO Reverse Osmosis), groundwater, untreated wastewater streams and storm water run-off.

POGC have installed TD-4100’s into the following applications: Reverse Osmosis Membrane protection in Power Stations and Desalination plants, Power Station wastewater monitoring and Hydroelectric Power Station wastewater.

TD-4100XD Oil in Water Monitor for Hazardous Area Applications
The TD-4100XD is a rugged version of the TD-4100 for tough applications. The TD-4100XD is designed specifically for offshore and onshore oil production, petro-chemical, mining and industries seeking a robust online oil analyser for hazardous areas due to the potential presence of combustible gas or due to severe environmental conditions.
The unit monitors water streams for the presence of fuel oils, crude oil, refined fuels, lubricating or hydraulic fluids and aromatic solvents and gives an accurate measurement from low ppb to high ppm.

POGC have installed the TD-4100XD into offshore and onshore oil and gas production facilities.

NEW – The TD-4100XD and TD-4100XDC are now available with the latest EO9 software. This software comes with a colour LCD screen and has updated calibration and diagnostic capabilities.
